The medical system is broken. Doctors are telling people they are fine.. when they are not. How do you know what to do and where to go? Where I grew up, structure, hard work and discipline were a must. I grew up in the strictest of the Amish communities, until the age of 19 when I decided to jump off a 15 foot roof and run away, leaving behind my family, community and everything I ever knew. I had $20.00 in my pocket, an 8th grade education, no job, no social security number, and nowhere to live. I ran away from my entire community for many reasons. I am forever grateful for the tools the community and culture taught me.
From a very young age I learned how to have a work ethic, discipline and follow through. The things many people struggle with in today's society. Today, as a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I have helped hundreds of women overcome their health struggles by implementing these crucial steps (discipline and follow through) they need in their day to day life for a successful and vibrant lifestyle.

N - Nutrition 101 - good nutrition the key to optimal health and vitality. Whatever we eat is either fighting disease, or feeding disease. Learn how to nourish and heal your body with the foods you eat on a daily basis.
D - Digestion is your biggest driver behind good health or not good health. Over 70% of diseases begin in the gut. The gut is our second brain Healing your gut and digestive system is key #1 to healing your body.
I - Inner Healing starts with the mind. Mind, body and soul are connected. You can’t heal one without the other. Learn how you need to heal your gut and hormones if you want to heal your mind.
E - Exercise is like an endorphin. It makes you happy, boost your dopamine and serotonin levels, enhances your appetite and metabolism. This should be a non negotiable habit in your daily routine if you want healing and transformation.
T - Transformation happens when the entire body heals. Many focus on the external transformation but I like to see the transformation from within. More energy, better sleep, improved mood, improved appetite, high sex drive, better digestion, and weight loss are all markers of the body healing as a whole and where transformation occurs.
